Introduction:
Upsetting Rebar Couplers are suited to projects which required high volumes of couplers. They produce a full strength joint in the rebar connection. ***ail Procedures of the Upsetting Straight Thread Rebar
Step 1: Cutting: The end of the reinforcement bars is sawn square.
Step 2: Cold Forging: Use the upsetting Machine to enlarge the end of the reinforcing bar by cold forging, thus increasing its core diameter.
Step 3: Threading: Use the Threading Machine to cut the ISO standard metric thread.
